What are the delivery charges for orders?

We offer to our USA base customer free shipping. Outside of USA it’s depend to your country. Our system will auto generated to shipping cost.

How long will delivery take?

United States/United Kingdom 8-12 Business Days. International 14-28 Business Days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international events/ customs sorting.

Do you provide tracking information?

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What do i do, if i have missing items in my order?

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

When you purchase through our online store, using your credit card, all of your information is entered into . Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will be received an invoice after create order to your email.

Do i need to have an account to order..?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

Can i exchange / return my parcel?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
